These ‘dial dumbbells’ are a new take on the traditional dumbbell. With ‘normal’ dumbbells where you either have a set weight (usually the nylon types) or have the ability to add and remove different set weight amounts (usually the cast iron types). The problem with these dumbbells is that if you change the weight of each dumbbell around alot then you end up spend wasted time adding and removing individual weights or of you have a range of weights then this can take up alot of room.
Adjustable dial weight dumbbells are designed so the weight can be changed in just a turn of the dial.
Each dumbbell has a dial at either end which is turned to select a weight. Once the weight or each dumbbell has been set simply pick up the weight and you’ll notice that only certain weights are actually on the dumbell bar – these make up you selected weigh. If you want to increase or decrease the weight then place the dumbbell back down into its holder and alter the dial to you specified weight.
